2021-2022 Simulated Data Products

1. Roman High Latitude Spectroscopic Survey Galaxy Mock Catalog (Zhai et al. 2021)

The Roman High Latitude Spectroscopic Survey (HLSS) Galaxy Mock Catalog is a realistic 2000 square degree H-alpha galaxy mock catalogue with 1<z<2 for the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope galaxy redshift survey, the High Latitude Spectroscopic Survey (HLSS), created using Galacticus, a semi-analytical galaxy formation model, and high-resolution cosmological N-body simulations.

2. Roman High Latitude Spectroscopic Survey Grism Simulation Products (Wang et al. 2022)

The Roman High Latitude Spectroscopic Survey (HLSS ) Grism Simulation Products include grism slitless spectroscopy and imaging covering an area of 4 square degrees over the redshift range of 0 < z < 3. By incorporating the survey parameters of the planned HLSS, such as detection limits, exposure times, roll angles, and dithering, the simulation products have been created to resemble as closely as possible the future observations.
